This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 354, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused, Harendra Mahto, who are full brothers, is that they entered into the house of the informant and attempted to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that for land dispute the present false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 531 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, or successor Court.
