The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No. 331/2019 registered u/s 25(1-b)1,26 of Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No. 91/2005 was pending against the petitioner in which the petitioner has already been acquitted and the petitioner has got no other criminal case pending against him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19616 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that for recovery of one country made pistol the petitioner is in custody for about eight months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No. 331/2019.
