JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 In the order dated 28.09.2015, due to typographical error in paragraph no. 5 at page 2 of the order it has wrongly been typed "the other co-accused with the similar allegation were granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 7626 of 2015." The same be read as "the other co-accused with the similar allegation, their anticipatory bail has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 7626 of 2015. The last line of the aforesaid order has also wrongly been typed "that other co-accused persons having allegations of firing have already been granted anticipatory bail." The same be read as "that other co-accused persons having allegations of firing have already been granted regular bail.
