The petitioners seek bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 316/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Four persons with two motorcycles were apprehended and from their possession 32 litres of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered for that the petitioners are in jail since 07.07.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
