2. State counsel accept notice for respondents.

3. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, if it is not already served.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That the present application is being filed for grant of revised salary and pension to the petitioner which is admissible to the post of Sub-Inspector with effect from 21.09.2011 as he was deprived of promotion from the post of assistant sub inspector to sub inspector in the central selection committee meeting held on 21.09.2011 and others dates as

Patna High Court CWJC No.9552 of 2021 dt.18-02-2022 2/2 his ACR was pending and further he was deprived of the benefits of third ACR because his service confirmation and A.C.T. by the order dated 20.11.2015 bearing Letter No. 3752/ प‌ी.-2 was not received."

5. Petitioner's grievance is that he is entitled to revised salary and pension in respect of Sub-inspector post from 21.09.2011 with reference to service records. The concerned respondent has not acted on the petitioner's representation submitted vide Annexure-P/2 series and P/3 followed by legal notice (Annexure-P/1series).

6. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the service particulars of the petitioner and find out as to whether petitioner is entitled for revision of pay and pension and thereafter monetary benefits. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

7. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
