The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 lodged under Section 354B, 341, 323 of I.P.C. read with Sections 3(1) (r) (s) (w), 3(2)(v-a) of SC/ST Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel submits that the present application is out and out false and filed due to the reason of land dispute. Counsel for State submits that counter-affidavit has been filed and in Paragraph 15 of the said counter-affidavit, it has come that case has been found true.
