JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 This application is filed for modification of order dated 04.06.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17267 of 2015, by which petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 747 of 2009 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gopalganj.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on 04.06.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17267 of 2015 by this Court with direction to surrender before the Court below in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, but he could not surrender within time due to not receiving information about the order of anticipatory bail in time.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38068 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 In view of the above submission, let the time to surrender of the above petitioner passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17267 of 2015 on 01.06.2015 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 747 of 2009 be further extended by three weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
