JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant while she went outside the house to ease. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not named the petitioner but she suggested that someone took her from her house and handed over to Saheb Khan who established physical relationship with her. It is further submitted that petitioner is mother of Saheb Khan.
