====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard Sri Umesh Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 28-06-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35563 of 2018 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. I am of the opinion that once, while granting anticipatory bail, a time was fixed, there is no reason to alter the same.

The present modification petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
