The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is identified in the T.I.P.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner had been identified in the T.I.P. for committing robbery but T.I.P. was held after 40 days of the occurrence. It has also been submitted that he had been identified, saying that he was snatching the motorcycle in the F.I.R., whereas there is no allegation of snatching motorcycle and he has remained in custody since 08.06.2016.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, West Champaran, Bettiah, in Jogappati P.S.
