Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2016 in connection with Trial No. 2381 of 2016 registered under Sections 498-A, of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of assault and torture. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant and he is a old sick man aged about 65 years. The petitioner is suffering from heart and paralysis disease. Further there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. 4.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
