2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.157 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to have been involved in the murder of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2024 and he one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19633 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria/concerned Court below, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.157 of 2024.
