The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner, after catching hold of the informant, disrobed her and made attempt to ravish the informant. The accusation has further been supported by the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the age of the victim was assessed as 19 to 20 years by the medical board and no injury either on the external or private part of body of the victim was found. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36489 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 submitted that for the occurrence of 9.11.2014 at 8 A.M. the FIR was registered on 10.11.2014 at 4.30 P.M.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Madhubani. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
