That the instant writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to construct approach road on public land for connecting Deoliya-Dhanauti Bridge to access the villagers.

And for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to dispose of the representation (Annexure-2) filed by the petitioner in light of order passed by the District Public Complaint Grievance Redressal Forum,

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
