The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2016 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of love affairs in the between the petitioner and daughter of the informant. In fact, both daughter of the informant and petitioner has performed their marriage before the District Marriage Officer, Kushinagar and leading their conjugal live peacefully as wife and husband, as it would appear

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur (Patore O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
