Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been removed from service solely on the basis of the first information report registered against them relating to the documents which were alleged to be found to be forged. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners'

Patna High Court CWJC No.5719 of 2022(3) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 documents are not forged and the first information report was wrongly registered and the charge sheet has not been filed. Considering the remedy is available to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority against the order of removal.
