JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are said to have been caught with several bottles of Indian made foreign liquor, for which, petitioners are in jail custody since 07-07-2016.

Submission on behalf of petitioners is that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against them has already been completed.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46746 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (DOBHI).
