JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 542 of 2019, arising from Sadar P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter relates to bank robbery in which miscreants have looted gold and cash of Rs.2,00,000/-. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation by way of confessional statement of his brother, Vikash Kumar Jha. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is non-participant person and the looted material was

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
