Petitioners are named in the first information report but the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and it was co-accused Sanarat Singh, who is said to have opened fire causing injury to the injured of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil ( Singhaul) P.S.Case No. 310 of 2015.
