JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Petitioner, being the husband of the informant, is languishing in custody since 6.7.2016 in a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 498(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier father of the petitioner lodged Laxmipur P.S. Case No.169 of 2013 against the informant's side. The investigation has already been concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and investigation being concluded, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
