It is the petitioner's case that he was appointed as Business Correspondent Agent by the Director of Save Solution Private Limited to run and operate customer's service point at Marwar under the link Branch Baisi, Purnea. He has filed this writ application seeking direction to the respondents to produce

Patna High Court CWJC No.9480 of 2021(2) dt.11-02-2022 2/2 the order of termination of the petitioner from the said post and set aside the same as no notice was given to the petitioner before terminating his engagement.

The said Save Solution Private Limited is, admittedly, not State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. The dispute in the present writ application is apparently between the petitioner and a private organization discharging no public function.
