2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, lodged on 26.08.2019, under Sections 8, 20(B) (ii), 25, 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution, the recovery of 818.1 kgs of doda from the truck has been the subject matter of the present case and the petitioner is the driver of the said vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail applications of the petitioner were earlier rejected thrice vide orders dated 04.03.2020, 17.02.2021 and 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71719 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No. 39226 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 60389 of 2021 respectively.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from the progress report, it transpires to this Court that case is fixed for adducing prosecution witness.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
