This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Begusarai Mufasil P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 registered under section 147, 149, 447, 307, 384, 386, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be involved in indiscriminate firing. In a case of indiscriminate firing the argument of Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma there is no specific allegation cannot be sustained. If some criminals have fired indiscriminatly and

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the nature of the allegation and the serious antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed for the present.
