JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner wants extension of time for surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 in the light of order dated 06.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14193 of 2015.

It is pointed out that petitioner was working in abroad and could not get clearance from his employer and when he got clearance he came to India.

In the aforesaid circumstance, period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for further four weeks and order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37796 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 06.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14193 of 2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
