2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2024 dated 03.03.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons came near Aman Hotel and intimidated the informant and her brother and assaulted them and the said occurrence was done in order to put pressure on the informant to withdraw the earlier case she has filed against the petitioner and others. It is also alleged that the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of any assault or overt act against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of firing is against the co-accused Dheeraj Kumar, who has fired on the informant and the said co-accused has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63338 of 2024. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest / surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand)

No.28931 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 3/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on further condition: (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned trial Court on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
7. This application stands allowed.
