Both petitioners are is in custody since 27.08.2016 in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 24 bottles of foreign liquor from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of offence, period of custody of these petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.
