Petitioner is an accused in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 1227 of 2019) for the offence registered under Section 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
