JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42707 of 2017 and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial was not concluded within a period of nine months. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016 and from perusal of record it appears that the girl was major and was consenting party and trial is pending for evidence.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances and also considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two
