2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, one motorcycle, two live cartridge and one mobile phone has been recovered from the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2024.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024, subject to the condition that the bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is directed to mark his attendance at Patliputra Police Station on every Sunday of each month. He is also directed to mark his attendance at Gardanibag Police Station on every Wednesday of each month. Any default at appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
