Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.09.2016 in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of Bihar Excise Amendment act 2016.

Six bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
