1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This application has been filed for payment of compensation treating the land of the petitioner as commercial instead of agricultural.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got alternative remedy by way of Section 64(1) of the The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute to the above proposition.

5. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ
