JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 219 of 2017. for the offenses under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of a co-accused, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2017.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody since 9.12.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22304 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 219 of 2017.
