This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused threw bomb on the informant side, however injury report does not suggest that any injury has been caused to anyone by explosion rather, it has been caused by hard and blunt substance. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 17.10.2016.

Having heard both sides. It appears from the perusal of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55491 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 injury report, which has been annexed by the petitioner as Annexure - 2 of this petition, the injuries found to be on the person of the informant are simple in nature, let the petitioner above named, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -IV, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016.
