2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 53/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08/20(B)(ii)(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 45 Kgs. of Ganja from the house of the petitioner who is in jail since 31.08.2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused Guudu Kumar who was caught on the spot has been granted bail by the Court below.

5. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of Ganja from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
