JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 15, 16, 18, 20 of the U.A.P.A. Act.

Counsel for the informant submits that the trial is at the advance stage and only Investigating Officer has left to be examined in the trial.

In such view of the matter, instead of deciding the case on merit, this Court directs the trial court to complete the trial within a period of nine months.
