Petitioner seeks bail in GRP (Danapur) P.S. Case No.60 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents.

It is alleged in the written report that while the informant was boarding train at Danapur, his purse was removed and the same was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63775 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Patna, in connection with GRP (Danapur) P.S.
