Parties are interrelated and in likewise manner nature of dispute happens to be. It has further been submitted on behalf of petitioners that case and counter case persisting amongst the parties have been compromised. As such, without divulging to the merit of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction that in case there happens to be surrender along with the compromise petition, then in that event, the learned lower court will favourably consider the same in the aforesaid background.
