The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.118 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 303(2), 318(4) of the BNS, 2023. 3.

The F.I.R. was registered against unknown for ATM fraud. In the CCTV footage, the motorcycle of the criminal was captured, which is in the name of the mother of the petitioner, who has stated that the said motorcycle is being used by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
