Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that eight named accused persons armed with riffle, iron rod, Farsa and lathi assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. Though some of the injuries have been found to be grievous but on non-vital part of the body and the injury report suggests that no injury was caused by fire arm.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.37920 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
