1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To direct the respondents especially Respondent No.3 to take action against the erring officials in pursuance to the report contained in letter No.738 dated 12.7.2013 submitted by the Joint Agriculture Director, Magadh Division, Gaya (Respondent No. 4) in which several charges was found to be proved against the erring officials namely Shilajeet Singh (Ex-District Agriculture Officer, Aurangabad)."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.20632 of 2014(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 submits that in view of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
