JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Trafficing Act, 1956.

In the written report it is alleged that Police after receiving confidential information of flesh trade being done in the 3rd floor of the house of Munnaji, reached the place of occurrence and raided the house. It is alleged that petitioner along with other male members and females as named in the written report have been arrested by the police. Police made search of the apprehended persons. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66109 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Tanveer Kaur, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
