The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that marks awarded to nine students of the petitioner-institution have not been carried out by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8617 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 respondents in practical examination. The petitioner has approached the Controller of Examination of the Board on 17.02.2021 vide Annexure-8 but corrective measures have not been taken by the respondents.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation as contained in Annexure-8 within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
