This is an application seeking modification in the order dated 19.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8180 of 2014 in connection with SC/ST Madhubani P.S. Case No.32 of 2013 (GR No.1251 of 2013), pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

Earlier, similar prayer was disposed of vide order dated 27th August 2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.34965 of 2014 as withdrawn after some arguments with a liberty to surrender before the Court below within fortnight and seek regular bail but in stead of doing so present application has been filed concealing filing of above application. Such conduct of the petitioner makes them liable for severe punishment. However, taking into consideration lawyer concerned is a junior counsel, no such penalty is being imposed but the present application is refused with a direction to the Court below to take all coercive steps provided under law securing attendance of the petitioner.
