JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 After some argument, Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Excise Case No. 354 of 2018 stands disposed of with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Raju Patel appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
