Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the victim of murder has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 466 of 2019 considering the fact that marriage was solemnized in the year 2002. The victim was mother of a son aged about 12 years and a daughter aged about 8 years. The allegation of murder was for the reason that the husband had developed extra marital relation with a female member.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, who is a female, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18572 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sarairanjan Police Station Case No. 115 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
