JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted his representation dated 08.03.2018 as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ application in accordance with certain circulars of the Railways.
Mr. Dhirendra Kumar, J.C. to Mr. Anil Singh, Standing Counsel for the Railway, appears on behalf of the Railway.
In the given facts and circumstances, instead of going into the merit of the contentions of the petitioner, suffice it to say that in case there is any such circulars of the Railways under which a consideration may be given to Annexure-1 to the writ application, the authorities of the Railways shall look into the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6879 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 representation as contained in Annexure-1, if not already considered and take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with it's circulars and guidelines in this regard, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
