30-09-2016 Heard Sri Rajesh Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a), 53(c) and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is having clean antecedent and this fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition. He further submits that on false accusation of recovery of about 30 litres of country-made liquor, the petitioner was arrested on 11-04-2016 and since then, he is in custody.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of

Case No. 34 of 2016.
