The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents especially Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 to pass an appropriate Order on the request made by Respondent No. 8 whereby request is made to sanction the post of Driver in Nagar

Patna High Court CWJC No.5011 of 2023(2) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 Panchayat, Bodhgaya in terms of the letter dated 18.01.2019 vide Letter No. 43 and Letter No. 634 dated 11.06.2018.

(ii) For issuance of a writ or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.

8 to comply with the resolution of the Nagar Panchayat Board dated 08.12.2017 regarding agenda No. 7 (XVI) and regularize the service of the petitioner on the 4th Grade Post of Nagar Panchayat, Bodhgaya."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
