The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.910 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 447, 341, 323, 379, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the date of occurrence Deena Nath Ram, father of the petitioners, came on the shop of the informant and for price of Dalmot altercation took place and thereafter he called these petitioners and assaulted the informant with lathi, danda causing injuries.
In this manner, from the written report itself, it appears that altercation had taken place with father of these
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7326 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners that they also assaulted along with father. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.910 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
