The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that she was appointed as a Panchayat teacher in 2014 on basis of forget and fabricated BETET marksheet.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

No.22367 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 next submitted that entire inquiry was conducted behind her back and no opportunity was given to the petitioner seeking an explanation from her with regard to the BETET marksheet, it is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner perhaps the present FIR would not have been instituted.
Learned Spl. P.P. for the Vigilance Mr. Arvind Kumar opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur O.P.)
